Privacy Policy

MySportsApp helps organizers run volleyball leagues and tournaments and helps players and fans follow them. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect. Your account details (email and display name) and the competition data you create or take part in — teams, rosters, schedules, scores, and standings.

How we use it. To run the competitions you organize or play in, to show schedules and standings, and to send essential messages such as invitations and result confirmations. We don't sell your personal data.

Your choices. You can edit your profile, opt out of non-essential emails from your settings, and request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Where it's stored. On Supabase infrastructure hosted with Amazon Web Services in the United States. The database is encrypted at rest, connections are encrypted in transit, and it is backed up daily.

Payments. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout and never reach our servers. We keep only Stripe's reference for a payment, the amount, and who it was for.

More detail. Organizers evaluating us for a season usually want more than a policy: who exactly can see a player's contact details, how waivers are captured and stored, and where the data physically lives. That is all on our security page.
